Refund Policy

Last updated: 4 August 2026. This Policy applies to paid enrollments confirmed with Monitoringmicro Digital. Website pricing is informational; payment occurs only through an agreed invoice or enrollment confirmation.

Eligibility

Full refunds are available when you cancel in writing at least 14 days before the cohort start date and have not received downloadable worksheet packs or live-session access credentials.

Timeframe for partial refunds

If you cancel within 7 days after the first live module and have attended no more than one session, you may receive a 50% partial refund. After that window, tuition is non-refundable except where Korean consumer law requires otherwise.

Conditions

Refunds require your enrollment email, cohort name, and reason for cancellation. Seats transferred to a colleague on the same invoice may replace a refund when requested before week two.

Non-refundable items

Private Ops Narrative Lab facilitation fees, custom team workshops already delivered, and third-party tool licenses purchased on your behalf are non-refundable once scheduled or issued.

Refund process

Email hello@monitoringmicro.digital with subject “Refund request.” We confirm receipt within two business days and outline next steps.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method when possible, or by bank transfer to a Korean account you designate. Currency conversion fees charged by banks are not reimbursed.

Cancellation by Monitoringmicro Digital

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra tuition.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or mandated military service may qualify for goodwill credits outside the standard windows, evaluated case by case.
